Just because he's been shot doesn't mean he's down.


Take a look at this video I got from Mr. Gary Swan, Kenpo master and handgun instructor here in San Antonio.
The officers back up quite a bit before they fire on a man with a knife. After putting numerous rounds into him, the man still manages to get one of them and hold his knife to him.
As Mr. Swan wrote to me, "Just because he's been shot doesn't mean he's down."
